Customer Question #1 How to avail Warranty ?
Building Owner must notify Whizkids immediately upon discovery of the leak and in no event later than 30 days after discovery of the leak.
Customer Question #2 What does Whizkids do on receiving a Call ?
If the leaks are the responsibility of Whizkids under this Guarantee (see Coverage, Limitations and Exclusions), Whizkids will provide rectification coat over the previously treated area only to a watertight condition .
Customer Question #3 In case of Emergency conditions ?
In the event an emergency condition exists which requires immediate repair to avoid substantial damage to the Building or its contents, then Building Owner may make essential temporary repairs
